"I’ve been working out for years following a strict cycle of ramping up, going full blast, hurting my back and shutting down for 6 months to a year. I suffered from bad form, no stretching, and being a man – only working out from the chest up. I’ve been working out with Rebekah for 4 months, doing boot camps, personal training sessions, and an occasional kickboxing class at the gym. The workouts are very well thought out, covering the whole body with a mix of strength and cardio exercises. During this time, I have felt better than I have for years. I have energy and a bounce in my step that was missing from all the years of working out on my own. I have lost some weight, but more importantly I have lost inches in my waist and gained them in my arms and chest. Rebekah’s boot camp classes have been the best workout program I have ever done.
