BOOT CAMPS
Don’t miss out on the Boot Camp experience!! 4-6 weeks of intense training for ALL fitness levels. Get ready to WORK and SWEAT as you push yourself beyond your limits and see REAL RESULTS!! You will have a blast, while you blast body-fat, meet and exceed your physical goals, and get rid of those extra, unwanted pounds!
WHAT:
Each week will consist of 3-4 one-hour sessions. These sessions include professionally designed workouts that will incorporate Ballistic, Cardiovascular, Strength and Resistance Training and an assortment of core exercises.
WHAT TO BRING:
-H20/Water Bottle
-Exercise Mat (thicker is better)
-Towel (you will sweat! :)
-Hand Weights (girls: 5-8 lbs./guys: 5-12 lbs.)
*NOTE: If you have both a lighter and heavier set, bring both sets!
-Proper attire (comfortable workout clothes and sneakers)
